Camera Brands

I have been fortunate to have owned and used a wide range of cameras during my time on this beautiful planet. Started with film cameras, Nikon, Canon and Minolta. Transitioned to digital and mainly used Nikon at first. Then, Fujifilm, Sony, Ricoh and Leica. Many cameras I sold or gave away. All kinds of lens, lots of bags in which to carry my gear. I read about today’s growth and decline of certain camera brands.. It all comes down to a select few who can continue to attract customers in a technological world that has made all cameras pretty much the same in terms of image quality. Whenever I buy a new camera I instantly up my game in terms of getting out and taking more photos. At almost 85 years old, this is very important to me. No need to get into the details of model of cameras I use, but I love each one, some more than others. The new Nikon Z50II I just purchased is now at the top of my favorite list.
